About
Rough Cut Pictures is an independent production company built on a simple idea: the best stories come from staying close to the people who live them.
Blake Berson
Blake Berson spent nearly two decades at CBS Sports Network, making documentaries and features that went past the scoreboard and into the lives behind it — from the Black 14 at Wyoming, to the integration of SEC football, to the amateurs who earn their way to Augusta.
That work earned three Sports Emmy Awards. With Rough Cut Pictures, he brings the same approach to independent films, original series and branded storytelling: earn the trust, find the human story, and give it a cinematic voice.
